Privacy policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy explains what information dfirst collects when you use dfirst.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide — your name, email address, and anything you write (such as your company and project description).

Usage data. Like most sites, we collect basic, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand how the site is used. We do not try to identify you from this.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together, to operate and improve the site, and to keep it secure. That's it — we don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the site — for example our hosting, email-delivery, and analytics providers — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us — just get in touch.

Cookies

We use only what's needed to run the site and measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
