A social scheduler that earns trust

Design, product and engineering for a social scheduling platform — from first sketch to a live, billable product people can rely on.

Octoque is a social scheduler built on a single promise: one upload, every platform, each posted at its own golden hour — and it never fails silently. We took it from first sketch to a live, billable product.

The challenge

Scheduling is a crowded category, and the real fear is a post that silently fails. Octoque had to feel trustworthy and genuinely delightful at once, and stand up as a real product — accounts, billing, cross-platform publishing — not a pretty demo.

Trust, designed in

In scheduling, the real fear is a post that quietly disappears. So trust became the brief. Every publish surfaces its state plainly, failures are shown and recoverable instead of swallowed, and each network goes out at its own best moment — one upload, timed for every platform.

A product with personality

Scheduling tools look like spreadsheets. Octoque doesn't. We built a themeable, warm, mobile-first interface with real character — so it reads as a product people want to open, not another dashboard to endure.

A real product, not a demo

Underneath the calm surface is a typed, resilient stack: authentication, subscription billing and a cross-platform publishing pipeline engineered to hold up in the open. We shipped the marketing site and launch story alongside the build, so launch day was a formality.

How we did it

  1. 01

Led with the USP, not a feature list: one upload, every platform, each at its golden hour — and a promise that it never fails silently.

  2. 02

Built a themeable interface with real personality — warm, characterful, mobile-first — so it reads as a product people want, not another dashboard.

  3. 03

Engineered a typed, resilient stack with authentication, subscription billing and a publishing flow that surfaces failures instead of swallowing them.

  4. 04

Shipped the go-to-market with the build — site, messaging and launch assets — so launch day was a formality.

The outcome

A live product at octoque.com with a complete design system, security-first engineering and a launch story — the full arc from idea to something people pay for. It's the clearest proof of what this studio does: the whole stack, under one roof, done to a standard.
